Québec’s Electrification and Climate Change Fund

(FECC)
Definition

A financial initiative established by the provincial government of Québec to support projects and programs that promote the electrification of transportation and other sectors, as well as efforts to combat climate change. The fund provides funding for initiatives that enhance energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and facilitate the transition to a low-carbon economy through investments in renewable energy and sustainable technologies.
