This marks another important step in our journey to support high-integrity climate action, expanding our capabilities beyond voluntary carbon markets into regulated mechanisms that drive measurable impact.
The CDM enables emission-reduction projects in developing countries to earn certified emission reduction (CER) credits, each equivalent to one tonne of CO2. These credits can be traded and used by countries and companies to meet climate targets under the Kyoto Protocol.
